INFORMATION

• Medical/Travel insurance. Must be purchased before departure. Ensure your insurance fully covers you in case of flight cancellations and for medical expenses. If you get sick for any reason or you are unable to travel just before departure, you will need to claim a refund through your insurance. 
  
  
• Insurance for covid is no longer required but we suggest you to get full insurance in case of any changes
  
  
• Airport transfer. We will provide contact information and help to get a taxi from/to the airport
  
  

• Optional group classes at milongas. We will offer a list of extra classes and participants will decide which classes they want to join
  
  

• Laundry service. There is a laundry place a block away from the accommodation in BA

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Deposit terms. A deposit of 40% must be made to secure your booking. The deposit is strictly non refundable. 
  
  

• Payment terms. Payments are via bank transfer. Remaining of the payment must be made by March 15th
  
  

• Cancellation terms. In case of cancellation, 60% is fully refundable until March 15th, at which point it becomes non refundable.
  
  

• Trip cancellation by organizers. The full payment (including deposit) will be fully refunded in the unlikely event the entire trip is canceled due to reasons outside of the organizers control

By choosing to participate in the organized trip to Argentina and Uruguay, here in after referred to as “Tango Retreat” you acknowledge and agree to the following disclaimer:

• Voluntary Participation    Your decision to join the Tango Retreat is voluntary, and you understand and accept that travel inherently involves certain risks, whether anticipated or unforeseen. These risks include, but are not limited to, medical issues, unforeseen events, changes in plans, and potential personal emergencies.
  
  

• Health Considerations     
  You are responsible for verifying that your physical and mental health is suitable for participating in the activities planned for the Tango Retreat. This includes but is not limited to activities related to tango dancing and other touristic experiences. It is strongly recommended that you obtain appropriate travel insurance coverage to protect against potential risks.
  
  

• Limitation of Liability
  The organizers of the Tango Retreat and its affiliates shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, delay, inconvenience, or injury sustained by the Tango Retreat participants or their companions. This includes any changes or cancellations to transportation, accommodation, or activities, as well as incidents or accidents that may occur during the Tango Retreat.
  
  

• No Responsibility for External Factors               
  The organizers are not responsible for any claims, injuries, damages, or losses arising from any cause whatsoever, including but not limited to social or labor unrest, diseases, accidents, local laws, climate conditions, road incidents, unusual conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
  
  

• Additional Expenses         
  In the event of unforeseeable circumstances, such as weather-related delays or changes in travel schedules, participants may be required to incur additional expenses. The organizers are not responsible for covering these additional costs.
  
  

• Personal Belongings                                                                                                            
  The safety and security of your personal belongings, including but not limited to baggage and valuables, are solely your responsibility during the trip.
  
  

• Travel Requirements
  Participants are responsible for understanding and complying with all travel requirements for Argentina and Uruguay, including but not limited to passport, visa, vaccination, or other entry requirements. It is your responsibility to ensure that you meet these requirements before the trip.
  
  

• Photography and Media
  By participating in the Tango Retreat, you consent to the use of photographs or media recordings taken during the trip for promotional or informational purposes by the organizers, unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing.

By joining the organized Tango Retreat to Argentina and Uruguay, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this disclaimer. It is recommended that you carefully review this disclaimer before confirming your participation in the Tango Retreat.
